The ground floor of the ‘original building’ has been opened up over the years to form what is now the lounge bar which is ideal for a quiet drink and a conversation with friends or simply relaxing.
Adjoining this is a room which has a pool table and a 52” TV but which is mainly used for meetings and small private parties.
An extension to the rear of the club comprises of a games/function room with a separate TV lounge and a Bowlers lounge.
This small TV Lounge is also ideal for a quiet drink overlooking our bowling green and the nearby Ryelands Park. The Bowlers Lounge as the name suggests is usually used for marking games in inclement weather and for the provision of tea, coffee etc.
The games room houses two excellent full size snooker tables with the latest state of the art lighting, dart board, domino and card facilities and an 84” screen TV for the sports enthusiasts, with full coverage of all the premiership football on Sky and ESPN. At the other end of the room is a solid maple dance floor. This room leads out onto a recently built patio area overlooking our bowling green.
This large patio is a covered area comprising of tables and benches and includes a heated smoking area.
